Job Description: 

 

  • Business Analysis, Requirement gathering and Documentation across different functions of WM Core Ops and WM Trading
  • Gap Analysis of various reports and reconciliations for Ops and Non-Ops functions
  • Business Analysis of target state functionality and documentation for Client Lifecycle Management, Tax Operations Areas
  • Creation of booking model across Core Ops functions
  • Vendor Connectivity Impact Analysis across Ops functions
  • Working with IT and business to establish clear work structure for H2 deliverables
  • Working with QA team on testing of the downstream files and creating the JIRA requests
  • Would be responsible to interacting with the Business, Users directly to understand the functional business requirements.
  • Would be responsible to study the business requirement and analyze how the requirement can be incorporated in the application.
  • Would be responsible to document the functional requirements and prepare the functional specifications.
  • Would be responsible to conduct walkthroughs with Business, development, testing and other stakeholders and get signoffs on the functional specifications.
  • Would be responsible to closely work with Development and Testing teams to resolve their queries.
  • Would be responsible to create high level test scenarios and monitor test cases / test results of the testing team.
  • Would be responsible for conducting application Demos to Business Users.
  • Should be comfortable and open to work with Onsite stakeholders.

 

Skills and Qualifications

 

  • Product knowledge in Derivatives/Fixed Income and Equities spaces
  • 4-8 years of total experience in BFSI domain.
  • Business & Functional understanding
  • Analysis, Solution definition and Problem solving
  • Fluent Oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in Stake holder management.
  • Proven negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with BPMN processes and Business Activity Monitoring
  • Basic Awareness about Technology and SDLC processes e.g. database, online applications, batch process, Agile and Waterfall model
