Job Description:
SFDC Operations Roles (TL, TM, SDM)
- Candidate should be from International Voice Process only.
- Should be from Tech Support background (Not from Banking or Healthcare Based Processes).
- Should have Excellent Communication Skills.
- Should have Team Handling experience.
- Additional certifications like Black Belt, Six Sigma are an added bonus but not mandatory.
- Shift Timings: Fixed Night Shift (US Based).
