FP&A Functional Team
- FP&A Team supports 10 different Corporate functions
- Finance Org Effectiveness
- IT Real Estate
- Marketing Procurement
- HR Flight Ops
- Legal Compliance
- Offshore Support responsibilities needed
- MRA/PBF data reports generation – actuals, fcst, budget
- ERP (SAP & Peoplesoft) cost details research
- Assistance with Corporate cost variance explanations – actuals vs fcst and budget
- Loading forecast/budget data to PBF
- Monthly variance explanation coordination with RBUs & GBUs
- Preparing monthly cost reports based on the above data gathering efforts
- Headcount reconciliations assistance
- Skills & prior experience needed by the support team
- Systems experience
- HFM / Essbase
- SAP
- Peoplesoft
- Proficient in excel
- Working knowledge of PPT
- Prior finance support role
- Systems experience
- Including analyzing monthly results
- Variance explanations
- Forecast & budget preparation
- Comfortable working with other finance teams to gather corporate level costs & variance explanations
