Location: Well spring, Vikhroli Mumbai
Shift hours: 24x7
Job description: Part of L1 application support team handling user management functions and workflow related issues and queries of Business users. There are suite of 25 to 30 applications which are primarily Insurance applications and the associate will be responsible for resolving the issues
Job requirement: Good communication skills, ready for project specific shifts and experience of working in L1 support function
