Job Description:
1) Business Development (Sales)& Direct Marketing Manager
Purpose: To ensure sales are increased by way of different forms of Leads, marketing and strategies.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Generating New Leads & Meeting Clients to pitch our products.
- Achieving Sales Targets
- Research on new Activities and Places, and trying to build on various types of travel.
- Direct Marketing Execution for achieving Sales.
Duties & responsibilities but not limited to this:
- Forecast sales volume, profit margin and achieve clearly defined and mutually agreed profit margins.
- Co ordination with various departments such as ticketing, product development & operations, accounts etc.
- Understanding the client requirement & meeting them
- To oversee all incoming enquiries direct/indirect and ensure that each one is handled in a proper and efficient manner
- Client Servicing
- Identify new markets for business
- Deliver innovative branding ideas, marketing & promotional activities.
- Based on the clients requirement preparing creative itineraries.

Start Date: Asap
Work Ex: Minimum 2 Years in Sales & Direct Marketing.
Note: Note: Freshers can apply who are keen , Smart, presentable and confident on Sales & Business Development. Salary for them, shall be as per industry standards. Candidate should have Excellent Communication skills(Written and Verbal).
