Job Description:
For Financial Reporting B6 FAO Gandhinagar. Any Education is OK if the candidate has good hands on experience in Financial Reporting. CA/ICWA/CS is preferred.
Max Salary can go upto 21.5 LPA. Can be stretched 5-7% if the candidate is very good.

Team Objectives:
Given below are the broad objectives of the entire team. Each band of FTE has a different role to perform and hence the skills and competency requirements are different for each role.
- Complete month / quarter / year end closing activities, reporting, adjustments, general ledger reconciliations etc
- Complete compilation, consolidation, and final review and submission of regulatory reports and audited financials
- Support compilation and report preparation as inputs to GAAP audited financials (10-Q, 10-K)
- Support compilation and report preparation as inputs to statutory quarterly and annual schedules and annual audited financials
- Support completion, compilation and consolidation activities related to IFRS quarterly reporting
- Create business unit reporting to facilitate analysis, review account balances and highlight differences / deviations to business
- Liaise with respective business units for queries, seeking information / details relevant for financial preparation
- Evaluate / review audit queries, discuss with respective business units and provide resolution
- Liaise with Group auditors for any queries / information required and resolve in a timebound manner

• Responsible for executing complex processes that involve greater subjective thinking • Transaction based activities and processing are at a much higher volume of transactions than lower level staff |
• Responsible for managing the day-to-day workload and first-level process escalation, and reviews processes for accuracy and timeliness. |
• Responsible for leading and directing the work of others and the overall process. Reviews client critical deliverables, manages the overall workload, and second-level process escalation. • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures - relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. |
