• Minimum 2-3 years of telecom experience
• PMP, Prince 2, ITIL certified
• Individual contributor with excellent communication and planning skills
• Ready to work in Australian shifts
• Responsible for handling single/multiple enterprise accounts
• Depending on the account/s, responsible for a team of Connection Managers (CM) dedicated to the accounts
• Understand the critical success factors of the project
• Manage and track the daily schedule of work for the connection manager
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement steps to improve the process
• Understand the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and take measures to adhere to the KPIs
