Key Hiring Pointers:
> extensive experience in core testing experience should be at least 5 years
> Candidate has used tools like Adobe Target/ Optimizely & AB Tasty extensively
> breadth of activities AB Testing/Personalization & recommendation test / Multivariate Testing
> Full life cycle ideation of test , building the design/ executed run test/monitor/reporting the outcome.
> Candidates have front end development experience (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery)
> Aware of best practices in the industry for testing in the market
Role Overview :
The selected candidate will be part of Testing & Personalization team and work closely with the client stakeholders to execute end-to-end A/B, multivariate tests and deliver personalized experience on websites to increase engagement and conversion. The process will involve planning out what series of tests to run for a given set of pages, building the tests in platforms like Adobe Target/ Optimisely/ AB Tasty etc, monitoring results and ultimately determining whether the changes are effective and what is learned about the customer.
