Job Description:
Project Manager.
Position Summary: Provide project management support
- Lead, plan, facilitate and implement all Pre, during and post activities for Leadership meetings and confluences. (Logistics for meeting, Minutes of Meetings (MOMs), Action-decision log etc.)
- Constantly monitor and report/communicate on progress of action items to all stakeholders
- Support execution of all project management deliverables assigned by client leadership contact.
- Generate dashboards and metrics, as required to report progress on projects/initiatives.
- Create and update necessary project specific documentation on SharePoint and other customer portals
- Implement Continuous improvements solutions/automations etc. by identifying gaps and constantly questioning status quo.
- Facilitate other project management responsibilities assigned by client as per business priorities.
Knowledge
- Knowledge of Project Management activities
- Knowledge of Project Management tools and techniques
- Knowledge of working with MS office applications
Skills
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical and Problem solving skills
Education and Experience
- A minimum qualification of a Bachelor's degree4
