We are looking at hiring an IT recruiter for our Digital Technology teams; someone who is passionate, proactive, solution oriented and can improvise fast.

Must Have – Very good understanding of IT/Software Technologies;

                        Possesses persuasion and negotiation skills;

                        Possesses relationship building and networking skills;

Responsible for hiring targets, worked closely with Project Managers for their current and future resource requirements , strategise and identify creative sourcing techniques and drive the selection process.

Strong experience in contractual/temp hiring - talent search and designing of efficient offering.

Ability to create a virtual bench for projects in pipeline.

Experience of permanent hiring.

Ensure the business’ commercial objectives are achieved by efficient manpower deployment.
