Job Description:

Job Summary :
This position will be responsible for a specific Operations Department managing global day-to-day operating activities, product and service delivery, Turn Times, SLA Adherence, revenue recognition and growth; expense, cost and margin control, monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management, group profitability, customer interaction and efficiency and efficacy metrics
Knowledge, Skills & Ability:
1. Knowledge in US mortgage business 2. Over 7 years banking or financial services experience or related industry experience. Sufficient experience, including supervisory experience, to maintain an in-depth understanding of the organization and business and handle problems and issues that arise, and solve problems without precedents or guidelines 3. Self-starter, Good people management skills, Good negotiating skills, good discipline, knowledge of product and process expertise 4. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and policies and procedures 5. Ability to effectively communicate information, including responding to questions, to Sr. Management, team members and/or customers one-on-one or in groups
2. Working knowledge on Foreclosure /Bankruptcy & Loss mitigation
Responsibilities :
Strategic 1. Manage BU operations to meet revenue budget and other financial goals 2. Manage BU operations to meet customer expectations 3. Participate in the development and preparation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets based upon broad organization goals and objectives 4. Manages the development and installation of procedures and controls, to promote communication and adequate information flow, and thereby solidify management control and direction of the business unit. 5. Establishes the performance goals, allocate resources 6. Demonstrates successful execution of department strategies for products and services.
Operational 1. Responsible for the growth and control of the company’s Business Unit P&L’s. 2. Day to day management and oversight of the Business Unit’s functioning out of the India operating center 3. Running the “Center of Excellence” delivery ops for production across India. 4. Maintaining client Service Level Agreement Standards (SLA’s) & client satisfaction 5. Work with Operations and Relationship Managers to identify client needs and implement processes and procedures to meet the client needs. 6. Assess technology needs related to the management, service and quality measurements and related reporting capabilities for internal and customer use 7. Maintain internal policy and procedures for the management 8. Communicate policies, procedures and industry changes to Affiliate Network. 9. Review and suggest computer system improvements to technical staff and work to implement.
10. Implement internal and external procedures and continually update processes to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, efficiency at the lowest cost. 11. Prepare and deliver performance reviews, coaching and discipline when necessary. 12. Hire, train, develop and motivate staff. 13. Performs other duties as requested.
Education Qualifications:
1. HSC Mandatory 2. Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory) Additional Requirements:
1. Minimum of 7-8 years of work experience in Mortgage Business 2. At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role 3. Willingness to work in Night Shifts 4. Willingness to work on weekends based on Client requirement
