Role: Recruitment Consultant / Sr. Recruitment Consultant – Lateral Hiring
Organization: Stalwart Management Consulting (A Stalwart World Group Company)
Reporting to: Mr. Parth Desai (Sr. Manager – Lateral Hiring)
Location: Malad West, Mumbai (2-3 min walk from Infinity Metro Station)

Role Objective
As a key member of the Lateral Hiring Team, you will focus on high-impact mandates for mid-level roles (typically starting from ₹15 LPA CTC). You will manage diverse requirements for our MNC and Conglomerate clients, ensuring speed of delivery without compromising on the quality of talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Lateral Execution: Manage the full-lifecycle recruitment for mid-level professional roles across various functions.
- Sourcing Excellence: Utilize advanced LinkedIn searching, database mining, and social steering to identify active and passive talent.
- Client Coordination: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and provide regular pipeline updates.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct functional interviews and use data-backed insights to ensure candidate suitability.
- Offer Management: Handle salary negotiations and facilitate smooth onboarding for selected candidates.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in recruitment (Lateral, Bulk, or Mid-level hiring experience is preferred).
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Skills: Strong communication, ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously, and a target-oriented mindset.
The Hiring Process
- Functional Assessment: A quick MCQ test to gauge recruitment expertise.
- Managerial Rounds: Personal discussions with Mr. Parth Desai and Ms. Aishwarya Patil.
- Final Alignment: Discussion with our Director, Mr. Adityavikram Gupta.
