Video Operations

1. Video/User Review:
2. Review videos and user accounts on VMate as per content operation standards and requirements
3. Content Analysis
4. Analyse content on VMate and competitors.
5. Understand preferences of a viewer and creator.
6. Submit analysis reports based learnings and insights.
7. Music Operation
8. Music Selection/Uploading
9. Understand and operate music library as per user preferences
10. Analyse usage and submit regular reports
11. User Feedback:
12. Actively engage with users and collect feedback. Summarize the needs of users and share suggestions for improvement.

Job Requirements

• Knows Hindi, English. Other languages would be a plus.
• A good understanding on video content; understands viewer preferences and has an idea about the kind of videos liked by Indian users.
• Good logical thinking and data analysis skill - can categorize things well according to the feature of content.
• Outgoing, video lover, highly interested in watching videos
• Team worker, result-oriented, good at communication and passionate

Working location: Gurgaon

Education: Bachelor’s Degree
