Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  1. Working on payroll software in terms of data input and checking
  2. Handling the migration process
  3. Processing the payroll right up to pay-out
  4. Checking all supporting documents and calculations
  5. Preparing salary slips
  6. Tax projections and preparing form 16
  7. Answering staff queries

 

Required Knowledge and Experience

 

  1. Preferably worked on Greythr
  2. Should have complete knowledge of Payroll process include TDS, PF, PT deductions, Investment declarations.
  3. Should know all Income tax related knowledge to handle all queries from employees.
  4. Preferred if previously handled any migration process of Payroll.
  5. Min exp of 5 years in the payroll process.             
  6. Notice period – not more than 1 month.
