Job Description:

 

Position of Finance Payroll Analyst/AM at Capita for Vikhroli location 

Role Objective

  • To process the full and final settlement/payroll of attrited employees within the agreed upon timelines and resolve employee queries if any related to F&F settlement. Knowledge and hands on experience on payroll processing

 

 

Primary Responsibilities

Full & Final Settlement and Payroll Processing

 

 

  • Payroll and Full and Final settlement processing through SAP  and timely payout
  • Responsible for collating the F&F/Payroll inputs from the mailbox on a weekly basis
  • Validation of data prepared by the F&F Vendor Implant and share the same with the vendor
  • Creation of JV, bank transfer file and Bank letters
  • Ensure data validation is done by the F&F Checker
  • Obtain necessary approvals from all authorities post checking the F&F sheets and send it to finance for processing
  • Dispatch of relieving letter, experience letter, recovery letter, etc by courier to employees
  • Resolve employee queries with respect to F&F, status of their settlement
  • Track queries on My HR Portal and ensure all queries are responded to correctly and in a timely fashion
  • Good in process improvement.
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance and Labour Laws

  • MIS – Payroll and FnF reports
  • SAP Knowledge mandate
  • Vendor Management - Creating Vendors agreement & Processing invoices
  • Supporting the relevant internal as well as external audits


Shift – 11am to 8pm or 12pm to 9pm

Weekends off

Exp – 2yrs +

 Analyst or AM level (TCC can go up to max 8LPA)
