Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience.

CTC: Upto 10 lacs fixed + 15% Variable (Annually).

Position Title :  Manager

 

Key Accountabilities

 

Facility Management - Branches

  • Experienced  in Proper upkeep of existing and upcoming facilities
  • Supervision of Housekeeping Services & Security Services
  • Ensuring smooth and effective admin support to zones
  • Allocation of Workstations
  • Repair & Maintenance work – - Maintaining call log through admin helpdesk
  • Annual Maintenance Contracts
  • Other soft and hard services
  • Fire & Safety Initiatives - Conducting Fire Drill once a year at branches

 

Real Estate & Projects

  • Identify and finalization of new space options in zones as per requirement
  • Documentation & Signing of Agreements - Keeping track of rent payments,   
  • Escalations, termination and recovery of deposit/advance
  • Renovation work at branches in respective zones
  • To liaise with Landlords for Branch specific issues
  • To liaise with  Brach Ops, BMs, ZSM for any issues related to respective branch
  • Maintaining Branch Handover manuals and certificates for all new locations
  • Maintaining Documents related to outsourced operated micro sites - projects

 

General Affairs

- Travel /Telecommunication / Stationary related services           

 

Customer / Processes

- Physical verification of assets at Branches – every six months

- Survey of Admin & Facilities  once a year
