Job Description:

QA Responsibilities:

 

                                   Quality                                 

Training

Call Monitoring and Feedback

Train the new joiners

Ensure Quality SLA’s are met

Manage training throughput

Call Calibration

Organize refreshers

Manage compliance for the process

Manage certification of associates

Identify the Training needs for the teams

Monitor calls / Take inputs from Ops and quality for TNI

Certification of all associates post training

Ensure all SOP’s are executed properly

Preparing data/deck for review

 

 

Technical Skills

 

  • Proven work experience as a QA (Preferably in a Collections process)
  • Adept in sharing feedback
  • Should be familiar with the quality tools and standards
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Decision-making skills
  • Excellent skills in MS Office
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Spoken & Written)

 

Additional Details:

 

  • Shift Time: Morning Shift 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Work location: Associate should be flexible to work in Nashik for next one year
  • Should be working as a QA in a Collections process
