• Should have Provider experience in Payer process
• Should have managed a Provider team in Payer process, as a TL/Supervisor/Manager in his/her career.
• Should understand Provider Data Management and the up-stream and down-stream process.
• Should understand metrics related to Provider data management in the payer process
• Should be hands on in managing & engaging customer via, phone, email, chats.
• Should have good communication skill, with minimal grammar issues in his/her conversation.
• Should be willing to join in a month or immediately.
• Should be a quick thinker and problem solver.
• Passion to solve for operational roadblocks.
• Passion for People development and team building
• Keen eye in terms of identifying and arresting revenue leakages
