Role : Senior Manager

Location : Pune

• Has experience managing a diverse global team, at minimum one or two international locations
• Operational management skills

Domain can be bit compromised, but not communication & leadership must be absolutely fantastic

Location: Pune

 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Meeting contractual requirements, SLAs, KPIs for aligned accounts, meeting C-Sat requirements for aligned clients in P2P and F&A space
• Manage service delivery for P2P operations for large team across multiple locations (including international locations)
• Meeting top line / bottom line targets for aligned account/s
• Drive RPA / Transformation / CI Projects across multiple delivery locations
• Be the delivery SPOC for all upcoming transitions
• Mining of existing accounts to grow topline
• Providing leadership to the team, talent retention (meeting attrition targets), people capability building
• Contribution to business development for additional business

Skills Desired:

• In-depth knowledge and appreciation of domain in F&A (P2P/O2C/R2R).
• Hands-on experience in F&A Delivery in BPO/SSC.
• Great analytical skills – data driven approach
