The purpose of the job or role

– why it exists:

§  To drive business process transformation leveraging Lean Six Sigma, RPA, Analytics, Machine learning, Artificial Intelligence and Agile techniques.

§  To facilitate deployment of Quality management system(iQMS) including ISO and CMMi practices

§  To drive Data driven culture in operation by imparting various quality tools and methodologies trainings.

§  To ensure that the best in class client satisfaction rating is achieved by leveraging Delivery Excellence initiatives

Primary Responsibilities:

§  Conduct Thought leadership workshops and develop continuous improvement roadmap for the associated client accounts.

§  Lead & mentor Process Improvement projects leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies to deliver targeted Business value and productivity improvements.

§  Build and develop competencies on Quality Management Systems, Lean Six Sigma and digital transformation techniques.

§  Drive innovation and automation projects to deliver award winning case studies in internal and external forums.

§  Lead, coach, coordinate and facilitate to ensure deployment of iQMS practices and adherence to internal & external audit requirements for ISO 9001-2008,CMMI,ISO 14001,ISO 27000,ISO 35000,etc

§  Drive effective No Surprise framework to ensure process risks are proactively identified and mitigated for the associated client accounts.

§  Effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure Delivery Excellence Initiatives are effectively deployed and recognized.

§  Participate in new business RFPs and consulting assignments on need basis.

Education/Certification/Experience Requirements

§  Overall 12 plus years of work experience with proven expertise in business problem solving and delivering significant business value to the clients and internal stakeholders. Exposure to Service industry is must.

§  Should be able to demonstrate experience in practical application of Lean Six Sigma techniques, Automation, RPA, etc. Experience in deploying Data analytics, Machine learning, Artificial Intelligence,etc would be an advantage

§  Black belt certification must. Agile, Digital competencies and PMP certifications would be an advantage. Preference to candidates having Travel domain experience.

§  Location: Mumbai

§  Shift: Willing to work in all shifts and travel to any location as per client/organization requirements

 

 

JD for Telecom Black belt - Mumbai
        1.       MBA 6-8 years of experience in a service industry or an Engineering grad with 8-10 years of experience. Telecom or BPS experience preferred.
2.       Must be- Black belt certification and experience on Quality Management Systems implementation( ISO,CMMi,COPC,etc)
3.       Excellent communication and presentation skills
4.       Average tenurity in an organization should at least be >2 years. Anyone who would have grown or would have been promoted in his career.
5.       Digital acumen : Knowhow on Agile,BPM,RPA,Artificial intelligence, Machine learning,etc.

Responsibilities
1 Driving BVA and productivity targets
2 Conducting Six Sigma GB and Lean trainings
3 Mentoring Six Sigma, lean and other process improvement projects
4 Driving Process Automation
5 Conducting SLA baselining and benchmarking, capacity planning, risk analysis during transition
6 Monitoring of SLAs
7 Ensuring defect free delivery and zero operational losses
8 Proactively managing accounts risks related to quality, productivity and delivery
9 Responding to RFI and RFPs
10 Supporting implementation of CMMi practices
