Pilot process in Travel domain
JD -
- Candidates will be responsible for solving customer query via email
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English language
- Graduate/Undergrads candidates with minimum 6 months of GDS(Amadeus preferably) knowledge in travel domain
- Candidates with email experience will be an added advantage
- Typing skills of 30 words per minute with an accuracy of 85%
- Shift time: Rotational Shifts, 24/7 with 1 week off(any one day during the week

The overall opening is for hiring 10 head counts & the date of joining for all 10 HC will be March, 23rd 2018.
