Job Description:
Purpose of the Job:
To design and develop informal and formal learning solutions using a variety of methods that is both engaging and effective. |
Expertise required/ Domain Knowledge:
Certified Instructional Designer
Graduate/ Post Graduate and understanding of financial business
No. of years of relevant experience:
5 years of relevant experience in training/ content development for BFSI sector.
Any specific specialization/education:
Hands on practice on eLearning authoring tools e.g. MS office, Articulate, Captivate etc.
