 Puma Treasury (Cash Management)

Looking to hire 3 Analysts and 3 Sr. Analysts (use same JD for A&SA)

Graduates, with exp between 2yrs – 6years

Analyst CTC can go upto 5.75

Sr. Analyst can go upto 7 lpa

Looking to on-board all in May, hence avoid 90 days notice period

Need cash/liquidity management experience, companies to target would be all Investments Banks

No outstation candidates

Shift timings – 11.30am – 8.30pm


Main Purpose

Cash Management


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities


-          Degree Educated or equivalent

-          Bank and/or Treasury Experience  - commodity experience a benefit

-          Demonstrable numeracy Skills

-          Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information

-          Microsoft Office proficient


Key Responsibilities


Cash + Liquidity Preparation


-          Manage liquidity

-          Optimise Interest expense/ earnings

-          Manage all inter-company flows

-          Manage bank fees


Cash Forecasting


-          Daily Balance update - including IT2 update

-          Prepare daily submissions of cashflow for the cluster and raise any WC needs or concerns.

-          Highlight WC needs and propose solutions

-          Prepare annual cashflow on a monthly basis raising any concerns on equity or WC needs




-          OP Plus Implementation

-          Local Regulatory/ Liquidity updates

-          Monthly BS Treasury Review

-          Quarterly Performance Reviews

-          Various Banks (External)

-          Affiliates, Supply, Finance, Operations, Compliance and Accounting





Reporting Structure        


-          Mumbai Treasury Manager

-          Functional dotted line reporting to specialist/SME

-          Martin Beacom (Regional Head of Treasury) – dotted line report
