Job Description:

 

Additional Pointers for screening :

  • End to end web application development
  • Post development, would be a part of tag implementation/Tag management using tools like Adobe DTM
  • This tagging role is an add on to Web app development
  • Javascript being the base of tagging, we are looking for JS experts who could advance their career

 

Overall purpose:

This role focusses on web and digital analytics delivery for digital marketing clients

What we are looking for

  • Skilled tech expert with exposure in web-technologies and a product oriented thought process
  • Understand the client requirements and develop code customization
  • Excellent in in JavaScript skills. Should have additional expertise on JQuery, HTML, CSS
  • Working knowledge of AngularJS and Node.js
  • Appetite to learn by experimentation
  • Create cross-browser compatible module/components and testing the same
  • Ensure quality assurance of all work product by team, adherence to delivery timelines and contractual SLAs
  • Handle ad hoc tasks on priority basis without compromising deadlines for scheduled deliverables
  • BE / B Tech in Education and/or technical certifications

 

 

 

Overall purpose:

This role focusses on ensuring tag correctness, DTM management and Adobe implementation accuracy for multiple websites

Detailed responsibilities:

  • Lead tag management for international client
  • Drive implementation of tags using Adobe Analytics DTM
  • Ensure quality assurance of all work product by team, adherence to delivery timelines and contractual SLAs
  • Drive engagement and build relationship with client/onshore stakeholders
  • Drive further efficiencies in tag management by leveraging existing assets and apps
  • Recommend measures to improve efficiency and/or quality of tagging
  • Lead defining tagging requirements for re-engineering/new development projects
  • Perform metrics implementation tests and ensure that global standards are being utilized
  • Communicate defects and act as a consultant for defects resolution
  • Participates in development and training sessions

Must have:

  • Expertise in Adobe Analytics Tag implementation using DTM or similar tools like Tealium, Google Tag Manager etc
  • Intermediate to advanced JavaScript skills
  • Expertise with Adobe datalayer is highly desirable
  • Experience on tools like Observepoint/ Columbo or similar ones is desirable
  • Experience with HTTPFox or Adobe Debugger or any other debugging tool
  • Overall 6-7 years of experience with digital marketing, tag management, campaign analytics or web analytics
  • Excellent domain knowledge, understanding of standard processes and best practices for tag management
  • General Business Analyst skills in digital / marketing domain
  • Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools, languages, systems, and platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

  • BE/ B Tech or technical education
