Role: Data Analyst

Responsibility:

- Be part of analytics team in advanced analytic projects, insights generation, metrics derivation.

- Responsible for data modeling, data warehousing in flipkart data platform.

- Build highly optimized facts and dimensions.

- Build reports and dashboards for the Ground ops, publish daily/weekly/monthly metrics using the same.

- Write good SQL queries for extracting data for insight generation.

- Good knowledge of Pivot, Vlookup and visualizations in Excel.

- Use analytic and window functions in SQL to enhance the performance of tables.

- Automating the routine tasks using python.

Primary Skills:

• Strong experience in SQL.
• Should have experience in Datawarehousing , Data modeling, Dimensions and facts.
• Experience in QV or any other Reporting tool.
• Basic knowledge of scripting and data mining using Python.

Secondary skills:

R,Python, Microsoft Excel, Linux, Azkhaban, Hadoop and Scala.
