Process Trainer, Requirement = 1 ( Male/Female )

• Will be an individual Contributor who specializes in process training
• Excellent communication skills, will need to give a presentation as a part of assessment
• Travel background preferred but not mandatory
• Day shift , Ok to work in shifts up to 10 pm max
• Qualification : Graduate/Undergraduates

Requirements : Non travel background can be considered.

• BPO process (International & domestic).
• Rotational shits
• Experience in Package sales (not mandatory)
• CTC 
• Experience : 2 to 5 years
• Excellent Communication & presentation skills.

Role: Process Trainers

Engage with on floor client & stakeholders

Review training and refresher material

Conduct briefings and one on one feedback sessions

Create and conduct PKTs

Candidate with relevant experience into Travel / Airline domain

Ability to execute training tasks/ assignment on short notice.

Interested to deliver and contribute towards process improvement

Minimum 9 months experience as Process Trainers.
