Job Summary

Accenture is looking for experienced Finance professionals who will be responsible for the financial planning, analysis, reporting and advisory for a client.

Primary activities include -

1. Budgeting and Forecasting - Connect organization’s long term “strategic plan” to reality
2. Business Advisory – advise executive leadership on key business decisions
3. Insights and Analysis - Business performance reporting and analysis
4. Annual planning and monthly/quarterly forecasting.
   

Key Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reporting for business portfolios /functions/markets/ geographies

• Working closely with the executive leadership team, spread globally, on formulation and implementation of medium to long term financial strategic initiatives/plans
• Managing cost/profit centers and perform P&L analysis for the market units

• Evaluating previous budgets, expenditures to develop and implement future budgets
• Business advisory on tactical and strategic improvements around areas of cost reduction, revenue generation and streamlining operations

• Account planning including Capex, investments and returns
• Providing insights to executive leadership around financial modelling, planning and profitability

• Multi-dimensional process and performance reporting and operations support for the business/functional leads
• Analysis of performance/revenue/costs/variances to develop accurate annual plans and quarterly forecasts

• Driving/leading improvement projects around reporting, analysis processes leading to significant business impact
• Building and leading a high performing FP&A team(s)

Key Requirements

• Professional or equivalent qualification like CA/CMA/CIMA/CFA or an MBA
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant analytical experience
• A leader driving high performing FP&A teams
• Strong Business Acumen
• Strong executive presence
• Exposure/ utilization of BI and reporting tools
• Ability to empathize and solve complex business problems
• Building/leading high performing teams spread across the globe
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships
• Demonstrated leadership in a professional setting
• Leading digital transformation projects/initiatives
• Exposure to advanced Tech skills, Cloud Analytics, Data visualization tools like PowerBi and Tableau preferred. SAP knowledge/background preferred
