Job Description:
  • Skills
    •  Co-ordinating all reporting requirements, Central level reports requested by the different business heads on Financials, budgets, forecast, creating leadership decks
    • Coordinate on behalf of the lead in terms of client visits,
    • Understand typical business reporting, DNL structures and good at creating such leadership decks - someone who has worked on these reporting and co-ordination
    • Financial reporting, Business reporting, hands on exp in creating exec level decks
    • Excel savviness, Power Point, analysing the data on behalf of the leader
    • Ability to articulate, Exec messaging
    • Needs to network with a large group of employees
    • Power BI, tableau and other reporting apps are preferable
    • This is someone who is like a GPO and think on his / her feet
  • Currently WFH
  • Chennai
    • They will be aligned to the healthcare capability and reporting for all the accounts - central level reports to all the teams as well as the requests from the different teams which pertains to finance, people, delivery, business transformation metrics, budgets, forecasts and creation of different leadership decks etc.
    • Role – IC. IC role which may change to a people manager - where the MIS team members will report to this person
    • Supervisor is a CL6
  • Mumbai
    • Client operations delivery lead role in global health care reporting
    • One person will report to him / her
  • Shifts: Have to be flexible
