Please see that we need people who have:

  1. ADP PCPW experience (ADP PC Payroll for Windows) & Workday (HR system)
  2. Experience of US/ CA (US and Canada) Payroll Processing
  3. Prior HRO experience preferably in HR helpdesk/ Administration – Chat/ Email/ Voice
  4. Having a broad experience in HRO - Payroll, Time Management, HR Admin etc.
  5. Team management experience of at least 20-25 people.

 

  • 10 years and above of professional experience in HR services with team and client management skills
  • Prior HRO experience preferably in HR helpdesk/ Administration – Chat/ Email/ Voice
  • This position will be responsible for managing a global team working from Wipro Pune, Bucharest, Dalian location catering to (Americas/ APAC/ EMEA) regions
  • Stakeholder interaction- will interact with client Function Head (e.g. Payroll, Time Management, HR Admin etc. as the case may be), Client SMEs and Process Experts.
  • Responsibilities- End to End case management of cases, service excellence (meeting KPIs, SLAs), stakeholder satisfaction, process improvement, issue analysis and resolution, process and resource optimization, interaction with SMEs
  • Managing Teams for various countries and maintaining employee satisfaction.
  • Preferable Workday (Technology – HR Platform) working knowledge in terms of application usage
  • Prior HR experience and understands the HR employee life cycle in general and application across HR processes/ policies.
  • Will be guiding teams on escalations and production process knowledge as and when required .
  • Will be responsible for Process Documentation and Updates
  • High on Spoken English and communication with client on a daily basis over phone/ emails.
  • High on reporting skills – MS excel and PowerPoint.
  • Should be hands on with preparation, publishing, conducting meetings of Adhoc/ Weekly/ Monthly reporting for the account.
  • High on attitude and confidence.
  • Team builder and lead by example.
  • Knowledge and prior experience of CRM and chat tools will be an additional advantage.
  • Mentoring and experience of handling teams
