BYB Lead – 6 to 9 years of exp (Job location – Goregaon)

Role 2 - HR – TAG, Sourcing - BYB Lead Responsibilities
ï‚· Manage end to end sourcing through Employee Referral Program ï‚· Ability to design and implement Sourcing strategy along with the location sourcing & recruitment leads ï‚· Responsible for branding and employee referral engagement activities leveraging network of the internal associates ï‚· Ability to conduct referral engagement activities through floor connects, town halls, mailers, job postings and leader connects to promote brand BYB (Employee Referral Program) ï‚· Thrive for highest sourcing contribution through Employee Referral Program thus contributing towards overall cost save and lesser cost per hire ï‚· Continuous process improvement plans by introducing new ideas and innovation ï‚· Sound understanding and experience of using social media platforms like Naukri, Monster, Facebook and LinkedIn for sourcing and hiring ï‚· Analytical thinking and understanding of various analytical tools to enable maximum efficiency, identify areas of improvements and saving cost
Qualifications ï‚· MBA degree and 4 – 6 + years of overall experience in HR and people management; In depth knowledge of Branding and social media campaign will be added advantage
