Job Description:
Nice Recording – Band 2 or 3 (Work Location – Thane, Mumbai)
Job Requirement NIM 4.1/NICE Engage troubleshooting, SQL database skills. Certified NICE Engage engineer preferred (NCSA/NCSE)
1) Should have sound knowledge of NIM 4.1, NICE Engage 6.6 or above recording platform.
2) Should be able to troubleshoot all technical issues related to NICE Engage and NIM platforms.
3) CISCO CUCM and AVAYA ACM/PBX knowledge would be considered add on.
4) Should have sound knowledge of SQL database and should be able to run queries relating to NICE databases in order to troubleshoot various NICE application related issues.
Please concentrate on NICE Engage/NTR/RTA tier 3 troubleshooting and knowledge of SQL NICE DB. Relevant profiles will be available in following companies
