Credit Card Sales - Kochi/Chennai

Job Description:

Please focus only on people who have handled pure Outbound credit card sales (cold calling) for a good 5-6 or more number of years. This will be C1 only and the span of outbound sales team would be around 50 people.

Please focus on profiles who have pure Outbound experience à cold-calling for credit card products (balance transfer etc), and not as a subset of inbound.

Manager - Credit Card Sales - Kochi/Chennai

Mandate Skillset:

• Domain – Credit card Sales and other byproducts like balance transfers, converting balance to EMI etc.
• BPO experience – having managed tele-callers directly and not vendor management experience.
• 8-12 years of total experience
• Span to be managed 50 people across 2 locations – Chennai & Kochi (can be based out of either of the 2 locations).
• Will be working in the UAE work week – Sunday to Thursday with Friday & Saturday off. No shift.
